Our Team

Isaak is a manual physical therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. He is a graduate from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology as well as Chapman University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He is certified in dry needling and is educated in spinal manipulation therapy as well as advanced orthopedic diagnosis. He and his wife moved to the Phoenix area with their Australian Shepherds in 2015. His personal interests include cycling, fishing, hiking and many other outdoor recreation activities.

David obtained a bachelor of science with a political science major from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Having always had an interest in psychology, philosophy, society and movement based wellness, the decision to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy was a natural one. He obtained his therapy degree from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse. Having visited Arizona during his clinical rotation, and having met very skilled and caring therapists here, he relocated to Arizona in order to further his ability to deliver effective care with STI.

David obtained a bachelor of science with a political science major from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Nehumi has been a clinician with STI for over 20 years. He is a strength and conditioning specialist with extensive knowledge in biomechanics and wellness. He graduated from New Mexico Highlands University with a bachelor’s degree in human performance and sports with an emphasis in kinesiology. He specializes in sport training for athletes and has helped numerous professional athletes reach their fitness goals. Nehumi is a lifelong powerlifter himself and has received numerous awards in the sport. He is originally from Tonga but grew up in Phoenix. When not breaking lifting records, Nehumi enjoys spending time with his son and nephews.
