ABOUT US:
STI Physical Therapy is a privately owned and operated rehabilitation company founded in 1987 in Phoenix, AZ. Over the years, we have expanded to include ten clinics throughout the Valley and down into Yuma, AZ. Our primarily orthopedic patient population and referral base is very diverse. To best serve our patients and support our therapists, we focus on a team approach. The therapy team includes physical and occupational therapists, certified hand therapists, physical therapy assistants, exercise physiologists, certified athletic trainers and rehab technicians. In addition to a well-staffed team, our clinics are some of the most well equipped you will find in the state.

Qualities We Desire of a PTA:

– Self-starter

– Must work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team environment.

– Interest in orthopedic/MSK rehab with willingness to learn and become the best clinician you can be.

– Strong interpersonal skill and excellent communication and customer service skills.

– In good standing with all professional associations and regulatory agencies.

– AZ PT Board certification or eligible.

– A desire to have fun and bring energy to a positive fast-paced work environment

– Bachelors degree in exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training or similar and/or certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).

– Bilingual is highly desirable.

Requirements:

Minimum of an Associates Degree – Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) from an accredited higher education institution.j
