I’ve just complete a month of PT with Cerie and unfortunately, had to stop due to my insurance. My background is that of a healthcare administrator and you are so extremely fortunate to have an employee like ceria. I watched her with other patients and she demonstrated the same care and genuine concern with each and everyone. She was clear in her communication and expectations, never tough but always professional and requesting your full commitment towards the goal of improved health .I had the experience of working with other therapists who didn’t communicate well and merely put me through the regime of standard low back exercises. Cerie took the time to listen to me and changed my therapy 180 degrees from what I had been instructed previously. She came up with a treatment plan that finally worked for me. I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made to date and wish I had the prior month with her as well. She’s creative her approach to each patient and customizes a methodology for each person she deals with. She’s excellent! I will surely recommend her to anyone in a similar position requiring therapy. I hope recognize and acknowledge her skills.

In 1989 I had arthroscopy surgery of my right knee, nine months later I again injured the same knee. At the that time Doctor Richard Emerson performed the surgery and recommended rehabilitation at the Center for Sports Medicine. You and a gentle man J.R were the physical therapist, and I received excellent rehabilitation. February 16,2003, I injured my left knee and had to have arthroscopy surgery, again I requested Dr. Emerson to perform the surgery and he asked where I would like to do my strength training. I advised Dr. Emerson of your time and started I would like to use you, if he knew where you were at .I had to idea your company was STI and you had prospered so well. Dr .Emerson sent me to STI and I am writing to you to let you know the following employees located at17233N .Holmes Blvd. Attended to my heads above and beyond my expectations, I can’t thank them enough, that is the reason for this letter.
