Capacity Evaluation and Work Capacity Evaluations |

| These
tests assess the physical ability of an individual to perform
a specific job or activity and, are extremely helpful in ensuring
a safe return to work. Testing qualifies the task a worker can
perform in terms of an easily understandable measure. The FCE
allows the referring party to match individual's physical abilities
with those required for common occupation. Both WCEs and FCEs
are useful facilitating case closure. |

focus on returning the injured worker back to work
and productive life style. TheraComp™'s
approach utilizes timely communication between all
parties involved and individual programming. Treatment
objectives focus on patients who are past the initial

and modification of work tasks and equipment to minimize
repetitive motion injuries are all facets of this
specialized program. These factors are all necessary
components in the design of a safe and more productive
work environment. Again, job analysis can be very
helpful in closing difficult cases by accurately quantifying
job tasks and successful matching worker to the work. |

| ADA complaint screening
ensures a match between the worker and the work. Screening provides
a specific correlation between the demands of a particular position
and the physical abilities of the applicant using functional
work related evaluation. |

Consultation and Functional Job Descriptions |

| Functional
job descriptions include job analysis and description
of the essential functions critical physical demands,
and possible modifications, Which are all in accordance
with the Americans with Disabilities Act. No employer
should be without accurate, functional job descriptions. |

Education For Spinal Rehabilitation |

| This program
includes injury prevention and education for spinal
rehabilitation, cumulative trauma education and postural
awareness training. This assists employees in understanding
and solving problems associated with their work environment. |

will come on site to work directly with your employees
and supervisors and study your injury experience history
to determine the most effective intervention for cost
