Do I need a doctors prescription in order to be seen? |

Arizona
is a direct access state for physical and
occupational therapy services. However, our
policy is that a current prescription from
a MD/DO/DC is required. Primarily, this is
the policy of most health insurers, third
party payors and Medicare to reimburse us
for our services. |
