I want to thank all of your staff, and especially Jonathan Greene (Jon), for the consistent exemplary level of care provided to me during my 18 visits to STI for rehab after total joint replacement of my left shoulder.

Thanks to Jon, my shoulder has recovered to a pain free range of motion and strength beyond my expectations. Jon consistently helped me with the correct level of stretches and other exercises which made this recovery possible. He was always friendly, caring, effective and efficient.
