My 5 wk therapy at the Osborn facility just ended but I wanted to let someone in the corporate office know that my experience was excellent. Maureen, Nehumi & Alan made me feel very comfortable and at the same time kept my therapy "tough". They are an EXCELLENT team and you are lucky to have them as employees.

Terry & Jamie, I am sending a special note your way to say Thank you, for reassuring me that the condition of my knee was only temporary one and for your words of encouragement! Thank you for giving me that inner boost. I was able to put things into-perspective and that ultimately my recovery was up to me and no one else. Thank you for providing me with the tools, the compassion and the encouragement to get through a speedy recovery. STI is fortunate to have employees like your selves & staff members have been delightful. I am sure the both of you have made pleasant lasting impressions on many people you have with me! STI comes highly recommended.

I am writing to you regarding my experience at STI. I had the benefit of meeting and receiving physical therapy from Jonathan Bock PT. When we first met Jonathan was very personable, listened intently and was sensitive to my needs. He gained my trust as a professional care giver. After our very first therapy session, I was amazed at the decrease in my pain. As I continued to improve Jonathan added additional stretching and toning exercises. Ha always took the time to modify the exercise therapy according to my body needs. I have been discharged from STI and continue to improve pain free with the simple exercises that Jonathan thought me to do. As far as I am concerned there is no amount of compensation that could be provided for the personalized care and excellent therapy that I received from Jonathan Bock.

Mr. Douglas: I will never fort all your help with my recovery from my knee surgery and helping me walk again. I really appreciated all you did.

I have been seeing Cerie Smith PT, DPT for the past few weeks for a herniated disk/lower back problem. I will have to say that she is an outstanding PT, as she not only is sympathetic to my pain, but uses “tuff love” approach with me. Her famous last words, which I will never forget is that I control my pain and she’s exactly right. She is my facilitator and whether I choose to follow through with her plan is my choice. All in all, the STI office on East Indian School Rd. has a strong team of players, I see why now. It’s got a strong leader. I enjoy writing letters like this, because it’s not often that we run into professionals with good work ethics. Obviously, I’m one of those people.

Jeff I want to thank you for your evaluation techniques, your encouragement and your rehabilitation program for my back and other weakened musculature. I guess it sometimes helps to complain in a letter to the neurosurgeon (of ongoing spasm, and decreasing function). I can only say that although I had initial PT after my herniated L4 disc in 04, the PT could have been much better.

The bottom line was the correct referral, courtesy of Sandra M, PA for Dr. Thomas in consultation with Dr Ball, DC. In fact, of the many therapy recourses, only yours was considered the best. It was a good thing that I took their suggestions seriously. You are great! Thanks for the experience. I hope to continue on your home program and advance it as necessary.

Cerie, Just a note to say thank you for your services. With my knee issues, I was a patient at three different PT offices. Yours was by far the most professional.

I hope that I will not have need for therapy in the future, but I would come back to you should the need arise.

On my first day of therapy, I was struck by what seemed to be a familial atmosphere for both the staff and clients surrounding me. Everyone was on a first name basis. Conversation flowed easily. I thought I had wandered into an episode of "Cheers". Within just a few visits, I felt as though I was a part of the group was well. I began to hate seeing “regulars: get better and leave us. But that is what makes the clinic so unique. In addition to Maureen and Nehumi's natural friendship and good-natured dispositions, I am convinced that they are also experts when it comes to healing the human body. I will be having surgery and then returning to this clinic for my post-op physical therapy and I can't wait to get back.

Thanks to all you guys at STI Osborn. You guys are a great team. I appreciate you guys getting me back to work and physical health. I hope for the brightest and most lucrative future ever. Thanks again
